We strongly encourage patients to study the provisions of their insurance prior to surgery as there is significant variation in coverage between companies and plans. We are pleased to seek preauthorization on request following examination and consultation.
We require a deposit, as well as deductibles and non-covered services to be paid on the day of service. Balances remaining following insurance reimbursement are your responsibility. Feel free to contact our Billing Department if you have any questions prior to your treatment.
